We want every homeowner who reaches Topicsmoments Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about any of these:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Topicsmoments Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

You can expect an email from us confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
